On Thursday, April 14th the Episcopal Church Women gathered at Church of the Messiah in Fredericksburg. Our retreat was led by The Rev. Erika Takacs, Associate Rector, Christ Church, Alexandria. The program was "Living in the Light Seeing God in Daily Living" We learned about Hildegard von Bingen and enjoyed a beautiful day as we had time outside to journal and pray. We thank Bryn Roth for organizing the event and Maria Yates for preparing all of the delicious food.
